As the first point of contact for most patients, the Certified Nursing Assistant has to be quick on their feet, as work can be tiring. Alongside this they need to be able to adapt on a social and emotional way to make sure that patients do not feel like they are alone. A CNA provides patient support in all kinds of ways!

The course does tend to vary a great deal, as it greatly depend and change with each training supplier. For instance free training establishments that are available only are not likely to able to give the expertise and in depth training that professional suppliers and community colleges give, so this is definitely worth taking a look at.
